December Update 2013

Greetings from lovely North Carolina!  We're pleased to share with you what the Lord has been doing in our lives and ministry.

Family: In November, we baptized Christopher in water.  He had already made a definite commitment to Christ three years ago, and was baptized with the Holy Spirit in January 2012.  Then when we recently spoke to him about being water baptized into Christ, he reaffirmed his desire to do so. Immediately afterward, he was actually able to fully participate in celebrating the Lord's Supper with us.  So that was one of the highlights of the month for us.

We also celebrated Thanksgiving together, and each had so many things to personally thank God for.  It was a very happy time around the table, feasting and giving God glory for all He has done and continues to do in our lives.  We've taken some other photos of the holiday, beside the one shown here, and you can find those at the link below.

In December, the organization that runs the missionary community we live in held a Christmas event.  People came from local churches in the area to experience the event.  The whole property was lit up, and the weather was very warm.  It was around 72 degrees or so, and some people were outdoors wearing short sleeve shirts at the evening event (although the next day the daytime temperature dropped to 46 degrees outside, and the day after that it was down to 35 degrees). Jennifer served food to the hungry visitors, while Faith and Hope were outside in front of the recreation center singing carols to others.  They had picked out some old time, Scriptural carols to sing, and had rehearsed them throughout the week without anyone telling them to do so.  All of this was on their own initiative, and the Lord blessed their efforts. They sang beautifully a Capella, and since it was amplified, others said they could be heard all across the community.  We got at least one cell phone photo of them, which is in the album at the link below.

Michael Thomas Sambo
Ministry: In late October, Len was notified by one of our foreign contacts overseas of the supernatural, angelic rescue of a preacher in Africa, about whom he had previously published an article. The brother's name is Michael Thomas Sambo from Nigeria.  Although he was kidnapped, shot numerous times by terrorist assassins, and made to drink poison, he suffered no harm, and survived the ordeal by the mighty power of Jesus' Name. Len has subsequently contacted and spoken with brother Michael, and verified his story, before publishing the testimony of his miraculous escape from the shadow of death.  Len also called pastor Paul Rika in Nigeria, the International Director of Holiness Revival Movement, in order to verify Michael Sambo's character.  Pastor Rika considers Michael his spiritual son in the faith, and was involved in getting help to Michael after he was rescued by angels. His testimony about that involvement is also included in Len's article about Michael's miraculous escape.  He had an edifying phone conversation with Len, so we feel confident to share this true story with you.  Please be sure and read about it in Len's article, Angelic Escape from Terrorist Assassins

In November, Len also received an email from a gospel preacher in The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), who apparently discovered our ministry through the our website. He stated:

Mapindu (left, holding the Bible)
"Dear Len and Jennifer, I am greeting you in Jesus' Name. I would like to inform that I am very happy to get your  e-mail address and God bless you.  I am a reverend of 'Church of Faith in Congo' in DR Congo. With war in our country, and displacement of thousands of people in eastern DRC, people here have suffered in refugees camp. But the Word of God says that every circumstance we go through is to glorify the Lord.  Today I would like to inform you that in answer to prayer, peace is taking place and allowing the return of the entire population to their village. The vision of our church  is to preach to people that only God can give peace, and to teach people that when you receive Jesus as your Savor, you get peace in your heart and you forgot all your problems. Please can you pray for us to succeed.  And if possible, can I be connected with your ministry? I thank you for your support in prayers."

In a later email he continued, "We  have returned in our families to our villages after a long period in refugee camps near Goma City. We live around 30 km from Goma City.  For internet I have to go into town. I got  your name from your  website.  Now I have resumed my work in the church in village; We are  preaching and evangelizing the people. The pictures I send you, I'm the left one with Bible in my hand with my pastors and the other picture I was visiting with Christians to help a blind man.  Please pray for this work and peace.  Mapindu J.P."

Would you please lift up brother Mapindu J.P. in your prayers this month, along with Church of Faith in Congo, where he serves?  As he requested, please pray for this work and peace.

A middle-aged neighbor of ours across the street, named Christopher P., came over to our home for a visit recently.  Len had talked with him a few times in the neighborhood during the summer, and shared Jesus with him.  He had told Len that he has been a Christian since he was a little boy, but Len sensed that perhaps he had never become a disciple.  So the Lord led Len to invite him over to our house in December.  While he was visiting, he said that since this summer, he has been drawn to read the Bible consistently, and recently began attending church.  Ever since he met Len this summer, he has been feeling that he should get together with him, but he has run away from it.  And once Len scheduled the first visit with him, the enemy tried to keep him from coming, but he resisted the enemy and came anyway.  Then once he got here, he felt like the Lord really led him to come.

During their visit, Len testified how he had received the baptism with the Holy Spirit and with fire, and explained these things from Scripture.  Len also testified how he had gotten powerfully delivered from cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol as a new believer over twenty-five years ago.  Christopher indicated he wanted to be set free from cigarettes, and desired the gift of the Holy Spirit.  So as he and Len prayed together later on, he received deliverance from cigarettes, and felt the power of God go through him.  He then received the baptism with the Holy Spirit and with fire.  He spoke in tongues, felt heat going through his body, and felt even more power.  To God be all the glory!!  Hallelujah.  At the end of the visit, Len told him they could plan to talk next time he comes about becoming a disciple, and how to do that.  Praise God. We also have a burden to reach his unchurched parents, Ron and Brenda, whom he lives with, and his six-year old son, Noah.

David and Len (file photo)
In December, Len also got an email from David, one of his disciples in Hungary.  He stated:  "A girl I once met in church gave her life to Jesus through me yesterday. To God be the glory! She asked how and when I accepted Jesus as my Savior. And I sent her my blog, Just Me and Daddy.  I wrote down the process how I finally gave my whole heart to Jesus.  I also mentioned you and wrote about Life Transformation Groups (LTG). And through it I explained the statuses I got from the Lord: chosen, disciple, and son. Then I asked at the end of it, if you want to know Him, repent and ask Jesus with these words... to come in your life, etc. And she repented and told me that this would never have happened to her if I hadn't shown her this blog. Praise God!!! And I will help her in the beginning of her walk with Jesus, but I just introduced her to a sister in Christ who could be a perfect mentor to her."

I asked him to tell me more about the girl who got saved, and he replied, "This new sister is young, 15 years old. Her name is Brigitta F.  She came to our church with her friend, who is a sister of my brother in Christ. She too got saved two weeks ago. So I met them three weeks ago." Please join us in praising the Lord for our new sister Brigitta, another soul saved from the fires of hell, another reborn child of God, and more good fruit coming from David's life.

In December, Len published an article about the testimony of Zipora Bitrus, in which supernatural activity of what appears to be angels was actually recorded on video. We believe this is an important message from the Lord marked by signs and wonders.  You can see some of these images in the article, Zipora Bitrus Testimony of Heaven and Hell. But the best way to observe them is while they are moving in the video itself.  The activity increases tremendously in the second half of the video.

Now and then, Len also receives messages from people in various places who read his blogs.  He read one recently from a lady named Sarah B.  After she had read Len's blog called Rapture Dream State of Watch 2013, she wrote: "This is amazing!!!! When I was reading...your testimony...The Holy Spirit fell on me so heavy I thought the Lord had walked in the room!!!! I stopped reading and praised Jesus and said, ‘Lord are you here?’  I am not exaggerating!!”  Praise the Lord!  To God be the glory!

Len is still meeting with pastor Roger here locally, and helping him through training, as we prayerfully seek to find more open doors to serve. Regarding other Opportunities to Serve the Body of Christ, our desire would be to come to your church or Bible Study group to preach and minister to you, while we are in the States.  If you would like us to do so, we can also make a presentation of our work in Eastern Europe.  Please pray about this.  It's a chance for us to encourage people to greater evangelism and commitment to completing the Great Commission globally, and we would be honored to come speak.  So give us a call if you would like us to come to speak to your group. And please consider posting a link to our Opportunities to Serve the Body of Christ invitation on Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts that you may have, as a way of helping us let more people know about this ministry.

Please join us in praying for the Lord to open doors of opportunity for us, that we would be fruitful for Christ, and that the Lord would raise up additional partners.

Resources:  This month we would also like to suggest Len's blogs called, Zipora Bitrus Testimony of Heaven and Hell and Rapture Dream: State of Watch - December 2013.  Len has posted several other new articles at Old News That's Still Fresh - December 2013, which we hope you don't miss! That includes the testimony of Michael Sambo's miraculous escape from assassination, and some prophetic end-time warnings, as well as Charity's new poem, The Midnight Hour.  Also check out David's testimony at My Life Was Built on the Wrong Foundation. Len's entire collection of his most popular blogs are at Writing for the Master.

We mentioned previously that we were interviewed on a Christian radio program in September. If you have not yet heard it, and would like to listen to the interview via podcast, it is available online by clicking this link.  We welcome your comments regarding this newsletter, so feel free to leave those below.

In closing, we have much to praise God for, and many opportunities for you to join us in prayer.

Praise the Lord with us for the many answers to prayer:
  1. For using brother David V. to lead Brigitta F. to the Lord Jesus Christ, and for her salvation.
  2. For our son Christopher's water baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
  3. For the way the Lord miraculously rescued brother Michael Sambo from terrorist assassins.
  4. For the way the Lord touched and blessed Christopher P., delivering him from bondage to cigarettes, baptizing him with the Holy Spirit and fire.
  5. For restoring peace in the DR Congo and allowing the return of the entire population to their village.
  6. For confirming the amazing testimony of Zipora Bitrus with signs and wonders.
  7. For the testimony of Sarah B. and how the Holy Spirit fell so heavily on her, as she was reading.
Next steps and prayer needs:
  1. For our ministry to Roger C. and the church he pastors, that the Lord would pour out His Spirit and revive them..
  2. For pastor Mapindu J.P. and the Church of Faith in Congo to successfully fulfill their vision to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of their nation.  And pray for continued peace there.
  3. For Brigitta F. to get baptized in the Holy Spirit, and become a disciple who multiplies more disciples.
  4. For Christopher P. to maintain his deliverance from cigarettes and become a disciple.
  5. For the Lord to bring salvation to Christopher P.'s unchurched parents, Ron and Brenda, and his six-year old son, Noah.
  6. For the Lord to continue to move powerfully in those to whom we minister.
  7. For the Lord to provide all that we need to make our Stateside furlough possible.
  8. For the Lord to open doors of opportunity for ministry.
  9. For the Lord to further expand the awareness of this ministry throughout the US, and raise up many new partners, who will sponsor us.
  10. For our financial blessing.
Thank you so much for your partnership in this ministry.

with love from all of us,

The Lacroixs

November Update 2013

Greetings from lovely North Carolina, where it's getting cooler with the arrival of fall, mixed with some very mild days here and there!  We're pleased to share with you what the Lord has been doing in our lives and ministry.

Family: In October, we celebrated Jennifer's birthday! Then in November, we celebrated Hope's thirteenth birthday! So now we have two teenagers, and only a few years left to raise them, before they become adults. We took plenty of photos of the celebrations, which are available in our web album below, if you're interested.

Len took a trip to Tennessee in October to meet some of our faith partners and other brethren, whom he has been getting to know in the Nashville area.  The van ran great during the entire trip, which lasted eight hours each way.  However, after returning, Jennifer experienced trouble with it, while she was out shopping. There was a "major malfunction" (as they called it) inside the engine that required it be towed.

Initially we had it towed to the dealer, since it was the closest.  But the estimate they gave us was very high, around $800, so we prayed and sought a second opinion.  We also asked our prayer partners to pray as well.  The Lord led us to have it towed to a second garage, where an independent mechanic was able to repair it for $253, which included the towing.  So the repair itself was about a fourth of the cost the dealer was going to charge us, and we trust the Lord to provide.  God is so awesome!  Praise the Lord!  What a wonderful answer to prayer.

In October, we also had an accidental and limited release of mercury in the children's bedroom, when a floor lamp toppled, breaking two compact fluorescent light bulbs.  Mistakes were made in the initial cleanup, but we eventually succeeded in getting the room and the equipment decontaminated.  We prayed and claimed the promises of God concerning the health and safety of the family.  A subsequent test that we conducted on the carpet revealed that there is no longer any detectable level of mercury. Thank the Lord for protecting the children from the harmful effects of this toxic, heavy metal.

Charity also experienced some significant health issues related to asthma since we last wrote, and the Lord has since restored her in answer to prayer. Praise the Lord!  As we publish this newsletter, all of us except Charity are fighting a cold, some of us more so than others, but the worst of it is behind us now. And it's written that we are healed in Jesus' name. So as you can see, in all of our difficulties this past month, we have complete victory through Him Who loved us and continues to love us.

Jennifer's mother came to visit us from West Virginia for a few days in November. This was still only the second time she has seen Jennifer and the children in five years, so it was an enjoyable and memorable time for us.

Ministry: In late October, Len was invited to preach at a local church here in North Carolina by one of the pastors he has been meeting with, named pastor Wayne.  After praying about it, Len accepted the invitation and preached there one Sunday morning, while the pastor was out of town.  We also prayed for the sick and afterward received good feedback from people.  In fact, the pastor wrote the following note when he returned home from his travels:

"I want to thank you so much for filling in for me on Sunday and I have heard nothing but great things since coming back.   I have started to put out the word about praying for a healing service in the near future. Do I ask you and your wife, and your prayer partners to begin praying as well?   I believe this must be bathed in prayer before we move forward.  My congregation was well pleased with how you handled the service and the time you took to pray over those who wanted to be prayed over. Thank you so much.   Tell Jennifer I said thank you for her part in the service as well."

"I want you to know personally that I believe God has sent you to us here...and I am praying asking God for his mighty hand to move among us.  Please help me pray this prayer as we become what I hope to be good friends and godly witnesses for each other.   Thank you again.   I said to my prayer group this morning that I felt more alive spiritually than in a long time.   I believe it is my prayer life thanks to your encouragement when we met the on the 20th.  I will close, as I could go on and on about what God has and is doing for me and my church.  I feel as if I can see the light at the end of a long dark tunnel that this fellowship of believers has been through in the last 20 to 30 yrs.   I pray that I can embrace this light, and that you are the light God is sending.   In Christ Love Pastor Wayne."

At the end of October, Pastor Wayne invited us to go and pray for a young lady with cancer.  Her name is Taylor, and she had bone cancer as a child, then after treatment she went into remission.  However, it recently came back aggressively into her lungs, and the doctors told her she had four months to a year to live.  When we went to her home and met her, we discovered she is a believer.  She explained her illness, and how twenty tumors had grown inside her lungs, as well as on the outside of her lungs.

So Len explained to her what the Word says about healing.  After receiving prayer, she was overwhelmed, and felt wonderful.  She said she was experiencing tingling all over her body.  We rejoiced with her and explained that was the presence of the Lord, and to go ahead and enjoy it.

She also said that prior to our visit, she had been having extreme difficulty breathing.  In fact, just the night before, she had been experiencing such short, tight breathing that thought she was going to need an oxygen mask to help her.  But after prayer, she said she was amazed at how she could now breath so deeply and freely.  She kept taking deep breaths and was thrilled.  Hallelujah!

As you just read in Pastor Wayne's letter above, he has invited us to come and conduct a healing service at his church, which we have agreed to do.  But this is still being bathed in prayer, before a date is chosen for it.  We invite you to pray for this, too.  It's quite amazing since this pastor has not yet been baptized in the Spirit, and has never embraced any of this until now.  Likewise, the gifts of the Holy Spirit are something new that he and his denomination have not experienced yet.

Meanwhile, Len continues to meet with the other pastor, named Roger, to encourage and train him.  That continues to go well also.  Please pray for our ministry to these two pastors and their churches, that the Lord would pour out His Spirit and revive them, and that He would release healing to the sick whom we pray for, as well as deliver those who are bound.

As we mentioned already, Len traveled to Tennessee in October, which was a fruitful time of both ministry and fellowship, and he received positive feedback from those he met with.

Now and then, Len also receives messages from people in various places who read his blogs.  He read one recently from a lady named Vera A., who commented on his blog called, "Do You Want to Know Jesus."  This blog appears at the end of each blog Len writes, and each week there are several people viewing it.  Vera said, "Please, sir, how do I contact you?  I really want to serve God for the rest of my life.  I need guidance.  Please help me, man of God.  I want to maintain my relationship with God."  Praise the Lord for the way He continues to touch lives around the world through these blogs.  Please pray for Vera to maintain her relationship with God and serve Him for the rest of her life.

Rachael Mushala
Len recently received a comment from a sister in Christ named Rachael Mushala, from Zambia, in Southern Africa, regarding an article he wrote about an Armenian pastor he knows, who was raised from the dead.  She said, "God bless you, brother, for the work you are doing. Please how can I contact you. There are very important messages from The Lord, which I want to email to you."

Later she sent us her testimony of hell and her personal encounters with the Lord Jesus Christ.  After reading her testimony, Len asked her if he could post it online.  She wrote: "Yes that would be great. Please share it in any way you can for the glory of The Lord. That's what He wants.  I've been praying to God on where He wants me to share this online. Then the morning I emailed you, I dreamed I met some one who told me they were from Eternaldestinations.com.  Although I had seen the name of that site before, I hadn't checked what it contained.  So when I woke up, I checked your website and found that you share testimonies. I knew God wanted me to send this to you. God bless you."

Zipporah Mushala
Later Len spoke to her and checked on her references, who verified her godly character.  Now that he has done so, and published her amazing testimony online, we would like to encourage you to review it yourself, as well as the other articles it links to. We have also published her sister Zipporah's testimony, which itself is powerful. In fact, Zipporah's testimony was subsequently reposted on a Zambian News and Entertainment site called Tumfweko (see here).

Then in late October, Len was notified by one of our foreign contacts overseas of the supernatural rescue of a preacher in Africa, about whom he had previously published an article. He escaped an assassination attempt, and the story is amazing.  Since it is still being edited and is not ready in time to share with you in this current newsletter, we should have that for you next month, Lord willing.  So please don't miss it, because it's nothing short of miraculous, like Peter's escape from prison in the book of Acts.

Regarding other opportunities to serve, our desire would be to come to your church or Bible Study group to preach and minister to you, while we are in the States.

Please join us in praying for the Lord to open doors of opportunity for us, that we would be fruitful for Christ, and that the Lord would raise up additional partners. Also pray that the Lord will provide the many things we need, in order to make this furlough possible, as well as the necessary finances.

Resources:  This month we would also like to suggest Len's blog called, The Three Elijahs.  If you have not read this yet, we highly recommend it, since it defines the times we live in.  And if you have read it before, please see the newly added update in the "After-Word" section of this article.  Len has posted several new articles at Old News That's Still Fresh - November 2013, which we consider very important and we hope you don't miss! That includes the testimonies of the Zambian sisters and some prophetic end-time warnings.

"Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness." (Ps 115:1)
  1. For the way the Lord is ministering to and equipping the local pastors here with whom Len is meeting.
  2. For the way the Lord touched and blessed the local church we ministered at, while the pastor was away.
  3. For healing Taylor from cancer.
  4. For healing Charity from the significant health issues she recently encountered.
  5. For protecting the children from the accidental release of mercury, and helping us decontaminate.
  6. For helping us get our van repaired for a fourth of the cost that was initially estimated.
  7. For the amazing testimony of the Mushala sisters and connecting us with them.
Next steps and prayer needs:
  1. For our ministry to these two pastors (Roger and Wayne) and their respective churches, that the Lord would pour out His Spirit and revive them, and that He would release healing to the sick whom we pray for in the upcoming services, as well as deliver those who are bound.
  2. For Taylor to keep her healing from cancer that she received so powerfully from the Lord.
  3. For Vera A. to maintain her relationship with God and serve Him for the rest of her life.
  4. For the Lord to provide all that we need to make our Stateside furlough possible.
  5. For the Lord to open doors of opportunity for ministry, and give us safe travels as we travel around the States.
  6. For the Lord to further expand the awareness of this ministry throughout the US, and raise up many new partners, who will sponsor us.
  7. For the Lord to continue to move powerfully through the Word, our testimonies, and our ministry to those who come to hear us.
  8. For our financial blessing.
Thank you so much for your partnership in this ministry.

October Update 2013

Greetings from lovely North Carolina, where it's getting cooler with the arrival of fall!  As we publish this latest update, we mark the fifth year since we first left the States for Eastern Europe on October 15, 2008.

Family: In September, the children completed their first full month back to home school, which continues going well for them.  They also continue to enjoy their friends here, and spend time after school with them.  A head cold went through our family since we last wrote, but everyone is feeling better now.  Thank the Lord!

The children used their gift money to buy a used laptop for educational purposes that Len found on eBay for a hundred dollars.   We felt it was necessary with all the educational things they can do with it.  And since we are conducting a home school, it is actually more of a necessity, rather than a luxury. They've really been enjoying the freedom of having their own computer now for the first time.

There were some problems with it initially that Len fixed, after spending many hours one night trying to find a solution.  The program fixes worked, and we did not have to return it, but the seller wanted to give Len a partial refund of twenty dollars for the time and trouble.  This was a great blessing, since it paid for the twenty-dollar mouse he had just purchased online for the children to use with the laptop.  Praise the Lord!

More photos.

Ministry: In late September, Len had the unexpected privilege of spending time with an evangelist, named Freddy Clark.  He knew brother Freddy from his days in Bible school, when Freddy would come and minister in chapel.  The Lord uses him in the word of knowledge very accurately, as well as miracles. Len had a desire to meet him personally, and contacted him.  Brother Freddy has ministered as a traveling evangelist for forty-six years and raised thirteen children with his wife Sylvia.  Even now at seventy years of age he keeps an extremely busy tour schedule.  So he only had one day off that week, yet he invited Len to drop by his farm and see him on that one day that he would be home in Virginia.

Len got to spend an afternoon with this precious man of God in his humble home, just the two of them talking together in the living room.  He invited Len to stay in his guest house overnight, but Len declined as he had already planned to return home the same evening. Afterward, brother Freddy laid hands on and prayed for Len, and gave him a copy of his gifts of the Spirit seminar on DVD, along with a generous love offering.  The whole visit was a great experience, and Freddy encouraged Len to stay in touch with him.  This brother is a real gem from heaven, as someone put it, and this was an unforgettable day.

David with our son (file photo)
You probably remember David, one of Len's disciples in Hungary.  He is a very precious brother laboring for Christ in Easter Europe, and Len's son in the faith.  He wrote to Len recently saying, "In my job I am a very good testimony. Praise God! People want to speak with me about God. And I usually tell them the whole testimony of Christ. I'm also proclaiming the gospel to business leaders. Well, I'm not afraid to tell them the Truth."  David points them to the Lord Jesus, and says, "...You should only accept Him, and invite Him into your heart and obey Him." He told me, "They are always shocked by the courage with which I give the message to them."  Praise the Lord for this good report from David.

Len did need to correct a doctrinal issue with David that came up in one of their discussions.  He had been telling people that disciples of Christ are little "gods" based on his understanding of Scripture.  In case you are not aware, this erroneous teaching is quite popular among certain popular preachers in America, but he says he did not learn it from anyone.  He assured Len he understands that he is not God, and is not even a "god" in the sense of the mythical Greek gods.  But he would use the term essentially to mean that we are God's offspring (Gen 1:26; Ac 17:28), a kingdom of priests on earth -- or as some translation say, kings and priests (Rev 1:6; 5:10). David did respectfully receive the correction with thankfulness from Len, and we pray that it will no longer continue to be an issue.  Please stand in agreement on this with us.

One night in September, as we were leaving the Golden Corral restaurant on our weekly date night, there was a waitress outside smoking a cigarette, who began to talk to us.  Her name is Jan, and she was joking about getting cancer from smoking, so Jennifer replied that she knew someone who could help her quit.  Jan asked who it was that could help her, and Jennifer said, “Jesus.”  She said, “Really?”  So we began to talk with her about the Lord.  She said she knew “someone was up there,” because her life had been miraculously spared twice.

Once she had gotten a deadly MRSA infection in her brain and they had to cut her skull to treat it.  The doctors gave her no hope to survive and she was healed.  She also told us that after someone very close to her died, she began using drugs to deal with the emotional trauma.  But she became addicted to the drugs, and one night while walking by a church, she made the decision she did not want to continue using drugs.  So she cried out to God in prayer all night to be set free from drugs, and she never used them again after that.

Another time Jan was hit from behind on the highway, and her car rolled four times.  The man next to her in the car was holding her hand as the car rolled, saying, “You’re going to be alright.”  When a lady came to the car to help, the man handed her hand over to the lady that came to the window.  The lady told her that help was on the way for the two of them and would be there shortly.  Later at the hospital, that lady asked the waitress where the man was, who had been in the passenger’s seat with her in the accident.  But she replied that she did not know who that man was, since she was traveling alone, and there was no passenger in the car until the vehicle started to roll out of control.  We explained to her that he was an angel of God, a ministering spirit sent to help her, because God loves her and has a plan for her life.

Then we discovered she had never been born again, and after we explained the gospel, she said she wanted to give her life to Jesus.  So she prayed right there outside the restaurant, and we also prayed for her.  She wept as the presence of the Lord came upon her.  When Jennifer checked on her a week later, she was very excited and said that her whole life had now changed.

In September and October, Len continued meeting regularly with a local pastor here, named Roger.  This is the pastor we wrote about last month, who felt the Lord sent us in answer to prayer.  Len continues to pray with him and equip him, which is going very well.

Meanwhile another local pastor, named Wayne, came to visit Len at our home with his brother Rodney. The pastor said he feels God has put Len in his life for a reason, and wants to get equipped for ministry.  He also invited Len to come and preach at the church this coming Sunday.

Regarding other opportunities to serve, our desire would be to come to your church or Bible Study group to preach and minister to you, while we are in the States.

Please join us in praying for the Lord to open doors of opportunity for us, that we would be fruitful for Christ, and that the Lord would raise up additional partners. Also pray that the Lord will provide the many things we need, in order to make this furlough possible, as well as the necessary finances.

Resources:  This month we would also like to suggest Len's latest blogs called, The Holy Spirit Speaks and  The Name of Jesus and Jesus is Yahweh. Other recent articles of Len's may be found at Old News That's Still Fresh - October 2013.

"Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness." (Ps 115:1)
  1. For the salvation of Jan, the waitress at Golden Corral.
  2. For the way the Lord is ministering to and equipping the local pastors here with whom Len is meeting.
  3. For healing those of us who were sick with head colds.
  4. For the progress that David is making and his ministry for the Lord.
  5. For helping us get a laptop for the children and get it running properly, along with a partial refund.
  6. For giving Len the opportunity to spend an afternoon with Freddy Clark.
Next steps and prayer needs:
  1. For the Lord to help Jan to grow in her new faith in Jesus.
  2. For the Lord to provide all that we need to make our Stateside furlough possible.
  3. For the Lord to open doors of opportunity for ministry, and give us safe travels as we travel around the States.
  4. For the Lord to further expand the awareness of this ministry throughout the US, and raise up many new partners, who will sponsor us.
  5. For the Lord to continue to move powerfully through the Word, our testimonies, and our ministry to those who come to hear us.
  6. For the Lord to help David to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ accurately.
  7. For our financial blessing.
Thank you so much for your partnership in this ministry.

with love from all of us,

September Update 2013

Greetings from lovely North Carolina!  We’re delighted to give you the latest update.

Family: In August, the children enjoyed the rest of their summer vacation before returning to home school.   That's been going well for them as they get started with another school year.  Christopher is already in third grade and Charity is now in her freshman year of high school, while Faith is in fifth and Hope is in seventh.  It's hard to believe they are growing up so fast!  They've enjoyed their many new friends here, which are other missionary kids from other parts of the world, living in our community.  They've also enjoyed visiting the animals on the little farm here in this community where we are living out in the country.

We've been busy with administrative tasks like registering for home school in North Carolina, fixing the laptop, getting new driver's licenses in this state, and getting our van inspected and registered.  Thank the Lord the major issues with the laptop have finally been resolved after a many hours on the phone with Dell technical support in India, and the machine is ready for us once again in our ministry.  We also failed the state emissions inspection, and consulted multiple mechanics about the need for a catalytic converter.  Then after all that, we discovered that we get a one-year grace period before we need to get the vehicle inspected.  That will give us more time to get that work done, and prioritize other more urgently needed repairs, including an engine oil leak. Praise the Lord!

Faith, Hope and Joseph with their friends from the village
We were interviewed on a Christian radio program in September, which is hosted by the founders of the missionary community where we live.  We discussed with them our ministry to Eastern Europe on their weekly program, "A Place Missionaries Call Home," which is broadcast on The Truth Network that can be heard on Christian talk radio stations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Utah, and Iowa.  If you would like to listen to the interview via podcast, it is available online by clicking this link

Charity has been trying her hand at photography, and took almost all of the photos in this newsletter, as well as the attached photos.  If you have time, please take a minute to check out the album at the link below.

Ministry:  In August, Greg called Len from Hungary.  You will probably recall that he is one of Len's disciples.  We had previously asked for prayer for Greg that he and his friend Gyula would begin meeting for discipleship together.  When Greg called Len, he said that in July he attended an annual worship conference with Gyula.  On the final day when it ended, they and some other attendees accepted an invitation to stay one more day.  During that extra day, they experienced times of refreshing in the presence of the Lord with the others, as the Holy Spirit moved in wonderful way.  This led Greg, Gyula, and the others with them to continue gathering together for worship after returning from the conference.  Although they attend five different churches, they are experiencing the move of God together in these meetings, and others want to join them.  In fact, the home group has grown so large that they need to subdivide into smaller groups.  Greg is enjoying it, and plans to introduce them to "Life Transformation Groups" as a means of becoming disciples of Christ.  Praise the Lord for what he is doing in their midst.

A few days after Len received that call, Greg emailed Len on a Sunday, asking for prayer for his father, Zsolt.  His father was extremely sick with stomach pain and high fever.  He was scheduled to work two shifts the following day for an entire week in his role as a physician, covering for another doctor who was out on vacation.  We prayed for Zsolt, and Len also wrote back instructing Greg how to lay hands on his father for healing.  A few days later we learned from Greg what happened right after he sent us the email, asking for prayer.  He said, "Last Sunday as I wrote to you to ask for prayer, some of my friends came by and we prayed for Dad, to be healed and be able to work two shifts all week. Dad had 38.5 (101.3 F) fever, and due to the pain, he was only able to lay in bed. It was very frightening.  Then we went to church, Dad tried to sleep."

Greg continued, "Monday morning when I woke up, he had gone to work. (I knew he would have done so, even with high fever and with pain, so I was very worried, but tried to believe for his healing.  It was then that I first read your email, and it was an encouragement for me. Thank you!) I wrote several text messages to my father that day to find out how he was doing, but I didn't receive an answer. Finally we met late in the evening, and he just said he had no fever all day with just a little pain sometimes (although it has come back since then, but not as strong as it was). So Dad was able to work all week without the fever or strong pain! Thank God!!!"   Praise the Lord for what He did in Greg's father! Len has since spoken with Greg, and his father's miraculous healing continues to be a great blessing to him, as well as his family and friends.

In September, Len spent time with a local pastor here, building relationship, sharing testimonies, and praying with him.  This is the pastor we wrote about last month, named Roger, who felt the Lord sent us in answer to prayer.  After receiving prayer and laying on of hands, the Holy Spirit came upon the pastor, baptizing and enduing him with power.   He felt a wonderful blessing at that time, and reported afterward that he continues to experience the awesome power and presence of the Lord in his personal life and ministry.  To God be all the glory!  We praise the Lord for what He has done to encouraged and equip this brother, who has been serving as a pastor for forty years.  Len is making arrangements to provide him with further training.

Regarding other opportunities to serve, our desire would be to come to your church or Bible Study group to make a presentation of our work in Eastern Europe, while we are in the States.  Please pray about this.  It's a chance for us to encourage people to greater evangelism and commitment to completing the Great Commission globally, and we would be honored to come speak. The uniqueness of our presentation is that we present how the Lord has changed the lives of people in Eastern Europe, highlighted by our children singing a special worship song live in Hungarian.  We know you will enjoy the presentation.   So give us a call if we can come to speak to your group.

Please join us in praying for the Lord to open doors of opportunity for us, that we would be fruitful for Christ, and that the Lord would raise up additional partners. Also pray that the Lord will provide the many things we need, in order to make this furlough possible, as well as the necessary finances.

Fulfilled Administrative Need:  We are pleased to announce that we have found a new bookkeeper, who will be taking over for Emily in January.  Emily has been a tremendous help behind the scenes, ensuring your gifts are properly recorded and that you receive a timely receipt, including your year-end giving statement.  We are so grateful for her service as she transitions off the team.  Denis will soon be joining our volunteer, New Hampshire office staff, assuming this important role.  We feel like the Lord has truly answered prayer in this regard, and we're looking forward to having him on the team.

Resources:  This month we would also like to suggest Len's latest blogs called, You're Better Off Following Jesus and The Eternal Firstborn of All Creation, as well as Charity's latest poems Take Me Away, Praise for Our King, and God Will Meet You There. You're sure to be encouraged!  Other recent article of Len's may be found at Old News That's Still Fresh - September 2013.  Len's entire collection of his most popular blogs are at "Writing for the Master".  We welcome your comments on this newsletter, so feel free to leave those below.

In closing, we have much to praise God for, and many opportunities for you to join us in prayer.

Praise the Lord with us for the many answers to prayer:
"Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness." (Ps 115:1)
  1. For the wonderful gift of the Holy Spirit that He has given to the local pastor here.
  2. For helping us get our computers repaired and up to full speed again.
  3. For helping us get our NC drivers' licenses and our van registered here.
  4. For healing Greg's father once again from pain and fever, after hands were laid on him in Jesus name.
  5. For the radio interview we did that was aired on the Truth Radio Network.
  6. For providing a reliable and trustworthy new bookkeeper to take over for Emily in January.
Next steps and prayer needs:
  1. For the Lord to provide all that we need to make our Stateside furlough possible.
  2. For the Lord to open doors of opportunity and give us safe travels as we travel around the States.

August Update 2013

Greetings from lovely North Carolina!  We’re delighted to give you the latest update.

Family: In July, we traveled from New Hampshire to North Carolina, visiting with our partners in Connecticut along the way and sharing what the Lord has done through our ministry in Eastern Europe.  We were so blessed when one of our partners treated us to a free overnight stay at a very nice hotel while we were there.  Further along on our trip, we took time out to stop in Virginia Beach for a little rest.  We stayed in a town about 30 minutes from the oceanfront, called Chesapeake, and got up very early to go out and walk on the beach while there were still relatively few people there. We all enjoyed walking along the shore with our feet in the water.

The family at Hampton Beach in NH
When we moved to the States, we did not realize we would need to learn a language, but we are having fun learning to understand the local, North Carolina dialect here where we live now.  On our first day, as we came into town, we asked for directions from a lady at a convenience store.  We heard her say to turn right onto "Home 'n Meal Road."  We figured there must be a restaurant there with home cooking or something. But as we followed her directions, we came to a road called, "Holman Mill Road." Then we realized that must be what she was talking about.

We are staying temporarily during our stateside furlough at a missionary housing community in North Carolina, which is a compassionate, non-denominational ministry, established especially for missionaries home on furlough, which are actively itinerant.  Here we are renting a three-bedroom home that meets all of our needs.  Jennifer's parents came from West Virginia to visit us for a couple days, and it was their first time seeing us in nearly five years, since we moved to Hungary.  They had never seen Joseph, since he was born in Hungary four years ago.  And needless to say, the other children had all grown considerably.  It was an emotional reunion, and everyone enjoyed the time together.

The family at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
One highlight since arriving here is that a Christian couple invited us to stay at their beach home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a few days. Although they don't know us and have never even met us, they allowed us to take the keys and go to their place by ourselves for free in August! All we had to pay for was a very small cleaning service fee.

The business man who owns the beach home was a missionary kid growing up, so he does this as a ministry to the missionaries living here in the community where we are in North Carolina.  He said, "Sharing our place with other people has been part of our 'giving back to the Lord' for His goodness to us." His condominium is right on a beautiful golf course with a perfect view of the fairway from the patio.  Although we did not do any golfing, we had a great time there.  Since the condo was only a mile from the oceanfront, one of the highlights was walking on the beach with our feet in the water, collecting seashells.  Praise the Lord for our time at the beach.

In August, we also celebrated Faith's eleventh birthday.  Since we had been in Myrtle Beach during her birthday, we celebrated the day after we returned home to North Carolina, by having a picnic together at a local city park, complete with birthday cake and playing a family game of "baseball."  We posted photos of this and our time at Myrtle Beach out on the album at the link below.

Both our desktop computer and laptop have recently experienced major technical problems, requiring Len to completely rebuild them, reinstalling the operating system and everything else. The laptop, which we use when we travel and share about our ministry, is still down with major issues.  Please pray that the Lord would provide the professional assistance we need to help us get it running perfectly once again.

Ministry:  In July, during our time in New Hampshire, at a home group meeting where were presented, a lady had a message for us that our times are in God’s hand, as it says in Psalm 31:15, "My times are in your hand."  Len told her that he has that Scripture on his desk clock.

Eight days later, while we were settling into our home in North Carolina, as Len was putting the battery back into his analog desk clock for the first time since we were in Hungary, he realized the hands on the clock were already set to the correct time at that moment.  It was the same time when he installed the battery as it was when he disconnected the battery in Hungary.  It was 9:45 PM, and this happened entirely by coincidence.  When the clock was reconnected in North Carolina, it was only off from the current time by four minutes or less, so there was no need to reset it. That was amazing!  Then he remembered the word from that sister in New Hampshire.  Our times are truly in the Lord's hand. Let this be an encouragement to you, too.

Since we moved to North Carolina, Len had a chance to speak to a group of adults and youth from a couple of local, Baptist churches, who volunteered their time to come and do some needed work here in the missionary housing community.  The chaplain here had asked Len to share briefly about our ministry and give an exhortation.  It was a good opportunity to share and build new relationships, as we interacted with the people, so we are grateful for that.

During our time here, we have been visiting churches in North Carolina.  At one church, the Lord led us to lay hands for healing on a man with lung cancer that had spread to his back, which we did after the service with the pastor's permission.  The sick man, named Bob, had not been to church in eight weeks, but decided to come on that one day when we visited.  We didn't know this until afterward, once the pastor told us.  Bob said the pain left his back when hands were laid on and the prayer of faith was offered in Jesus' name.

The family on the fairway beside the condo in SC
The pastor says he "knows beyond the shadow of a doubt" that the Lord led us there that Sunday. The night before we visited, Len had called the church telephone number to find the Sunday service times.  He called around 11:25 PM expecting to hear the service times on the church phone's greeting message, but instead the pastor's wife anwered the phone at home.  On Sunday morning, the pastor told the congregation that on the previous night, he had just been praying  that the Lord would send someone to the church the next morning. He said that was about fifteen minutes before Len called, so he sees our visit to the church as a direct answer to prayer.  He and his wife were very encouraged by our visit.

In fact, later that Sunday evening, he said, "I have rejoiced all day in the Lord because of your visit. [My wife] has been telling everyone about how God answered prayer today." Praise the Lord for the way He encouraged this pastor and his wife, and healed the man with cancer!  The pastor has invited us back again, and we're seeking the Lord's direction concerning this invitation.

We have certainly been praying for the Lord to open doors.  Our desire would be to come to your church or Bible Study group to make a presentation of our work in Eastern Europe, while we are in the States.

Administrative Needs:  Our current bookkeeper, Emily, has notified us that her services to this ministry will end next January.  We really appreciate her giving us this notice, since it can take a long time to find the right person for this volunteer position.  Since this is a role that requires a high level of trust and integrity, we are prayerfully seeking the right person to fill it, whom the Lord has chosen.

The position involves entering data pertaining to gifts into a user-friendly, accounting software, called QuickBooks, and printing out receipts to mail to our partners.  It also involves balancing the account, as well as generating monthly and annual reports, and sending annual giving summaries to our partners. If you or someone you know would be interested, please contact us.  The start date would be January 2, 2014, but we would like to identify the right person as soon as possible.

Resources:  This month we would also like to encourage you to read Len's latest blog called, Walking in the Perfect Will of God.  Please also read three of our daughter's most recent poems, I'll Follow YouWorth My Praise, and The Hunter and the Hunted.

  1. For leading and guiding us in all of our travels, and His amazing timing.
  2. For protecting us during our travels.
  3. For the open door we received from the one church in NC, and for encouraging the pastor and his wife.
  4. For the amazing way He touched and healed the man from cancer at the NC church we visited.
  5. For the couple in NC who allowed us to stay in their beach home for a few days, and the wonderful time away we had there together as a family.
Next steps and prayer needs:
  1. For the Lord to provide all that we need to make our Stateside furlough possible.

  6. For the Lord to provide a new bookkeeper in time for next January, who will be faithful, reliable, and trustworthy, as Emily has been.
  7. For our financial blessing.
Thank you so much for your partnership in this ministry.

July Update 2013

Greetings from beautiful New Hampshire!  We’re delighted to give you the latest update.

Family: In June, we spent two weeks in Manchester, NH, visited with family, and took care of a number of administrative matters, including getting our recently purchased van on the road.

The children hiking atop Canon Mountain in NH
At the end of those two weeks, we moved to Charlestown, NH, near the border of Vermont, where we stayed at the home of some friends in Christ for three weeks.  We were so grateful to have that place to stay! God is good!

At one point, Christopher was bitten by a mosquito on his forehead and it swelled up into a big, ugly welt.  His whole forehead was swollen, including the bridge of his nose and eyelids.  It temporarily deformed his face horribly.  We prayed for him and treated it, administering benedryl, black tea, and cold tea-bag compresses, and within a couple days, the Lord restored him to perfect health. He's fine now.  Praise the Lord!

One night as we were traveling back home from a long trip across the state, a thunderstorm and torrential downpour suddenly hit the specific area were were driving through.  We were on the interstate highway and did not experience flooding, but driving conditions were treacherous.  And we found out later that the weather service had issued a flash flood warning for that exact area we were driving through.  The fastest we could go was around 40 mph, because visibility was very poor.  We prayed through the storm as we continued along for perhaps 30 minutes, and the Lord safely got us back to the home where we were staying.  Thank the Lord for His protection over us.

Although our stay in NH has been a busy one, we took some time to do fun things together as a family.  One of them was to go to Canon Mountain and ride the aerial tram to a spot near the summit.  Then we hiked to the summit and climbed the observation tower.  It was a time filled with beholding the wonders of God's beautiful creation.  Praise the Lord!

We also found time to visit a reconstruction of Fort Number 4, a colonial-era fort.  The original fort was located on the property of the home where we stayed with friends in Charlestown, NH.  So that was very interesting and educational.  Thank the Lord for some family fun.

Zsolt with his grand daughter
Ministry:  In early May, before we left Hungary, Len ate dinner at the home of one of his disciples, Greg, at the home of his parents.  In Hungary it is very common for single people to live with their parents until they get married.  After dinner, Len laid hands for healing on Greg's father, Zsolt, who is a Christian medical doctor.  There were two issues: his pancreas was diseased and so were the discs in his spinal column, which had both been causing chronic pain.  About a week or two later, Len inquired with Greg about his father's well-being, and his father wrote the following email:

"Dear Len,
Thank you so much for the prayer you said for me. I felt the power of God swelling (flushing) over me while you were praying. My back was without any pain for a long time after your prayer but the recent days I loaded it a lot, and now I have pain again.

I don't know what happened to my belly but it started to hurt a second time today, and this disturbs (bothers) me a lot.

It is so great and wonderful that Jesus went up to the Father and sent the Holy Spirit to strengthen us. Thank you for being with us, (during) your visit!

May our God give you strength and encouragement in your ministry and mission.

love,
Zsolt"

Praise the Lord for what He did when hands were laid on Zsolt!  Please pray for Zsolt's healing to be complete and all residual pain to leave his body.

Greg
Greg has indicated to Len that he would like to start a Life Transformation Group with his friend Gyula (pronounced DYOO'-la).  He says they have wanted to do so for quite some time, but have have only talked about it and procrastinated.  He requested prayer that they would actually begin to have discipleship meetings together like he used to have with Len, as he and Gyula really sense a definite and urgent need to do so.

During our time in New Hampshire, we have been visiting churches in the region, preaching, giving thanks, sharing our story, ministering to people, and building relationships.  Now we are back in Manchester, staying at the apartment of a sister in the Lord, and preparing to move to the southern part of the US.  We plan to be led by the Holy Spirit, as long as the Lord opens doors for us at churches around the country.

After Len shared our testimonies in one NH church of what God has been doing in Eastern Europe, we ministered to the sick. One young lady had just seen her doctor before the meeting, because of chronic neck pain that she had been having for a period of weeks.  He recommended physical therapy.  However, when we laid hands on her, the Lord healed her and the neck pain left immediately.  As a result, she was fit to go on a planned ministry trip to the street people of Boston later that week.  Her little sister had asthma, and at bedtime her mother would usually hear her breathing, but when we laid hands on her, the Lord healed her.  When her mother put her to bed that night, she was concerned when she did not hear her breathing, but when she checked on her, everything was fine.

Len presenting at a New Life Community home group in NH
Another lady repented of past involvement in witchcraft and participation in the occult, and once the curse was broken, she felt "a peace like she hadn’t felt in long time."  One man was unable to walk briskly due to difficulty breathing and a heart problem due to his many years of smoking, even though he has since quit.  As we laid hands on him for healing, he felt "something like waves going through his chest."  Another lady who minsters to children asked for prayer for strength. And when we imparted the fire of the Holy Spirit to her, she was overwhelmed with joy, which was very obvious. Another sister in the Lord received prayer for her thyroid gland, which was swollen and visibly protruding from her throat.  Since then she has reported a decrease in the inflammation and she trusts the Lord to complete the healing.

At another NH church, after Len shared our testimonies, we once again saw the Lord move in power. One lady, had suffered from scoliosis since age fourteen, and also had arthritis.  We laid hands on her for healing.  One leg was longer than the other by ¼ to ½ inch and we saw it grow out within seconds to become the same length as the other leg. Afterward she was able to walk around without pain. She later said she felt "a gentleness" and had a vision of grapes when we prayed for her healing.  Two or three people also received the baptism with the Holy Spirit and with fire, according to Matthew 3:11.  We were so blessed by the way the Lord moved and touched people with healing, power, and deliverance.  Praise the Lord!

Pr. Rob Haynes and others from New Life praying for us
After we shared our testimonies at a home group in Charlestown, NH, there was a time of ministry for one particular sister, named Felicia.  The Lord moved again powerfully.  She was set free, healed, and baptized with the fire of the Holy Spirit.  Afterward she was bright-eyed and full of hope.  The next day she wrote to us saying, "I am so thankful and overjoyed at the healing/ministering work the Lord blessed me with through you both last night!!!!  I have not encountered faith  and the power of the Holy Spirit like that in a very long time, so I felt refreshed, invigorated and revived with hope, healing, and faith." She added, "I was inspired by the testimonies you shared about people's lives [in Eastern Europe] changing through discipleship."  Praise the Lord for what He did in Felicia's life! We know she will never be the same.

From time to time, people who read Len's blogs contact him.  He recently received the following remarks from a pastor in Myanmar (a country in Southeast Asia, formerly called Burma):  "I am Pastor [name redacted for security] from Myanmar New Life Evangelical Ministries (MNLEM). I am also a Lecturer at Bible schools and translator of Christian books and also a Church Planter in a remote area...As I read your e-mails and articles, you are so special and an encouragement to me indeed." Praise the Lord for the way He is encouraging this pastor, and reaching people through us that we don't even know yet!

Our desire would be to come to your church or Bible Study group to make a presentation of our work in Eastern Europe, while we are in the States.

Please pray for the Lord to open doors of opportunity for us, that we would be fruitful for Christ, and that the Lord would raise up additional partners. Also pray that the Lord will provide the many things we need, in order to make this furlough possible, as well as the necessary finances.

Resources:  This month we would also like to encourage you to read The Role of the Trinity in Drawing People to God.  As always, Len's entire collection of most popular blogs are at "Writing for the Master".

  1. For opening doors for us at churches in NH.
  2. For brothers and sisters in Christ in NH who opened their homes for us to stay there.
  3. For protecting us during our travels, especially the nighttime torrential downpour.
  4. For the opportunities to share at churches and the amazing way He touched and healed so many people.
  5. For the way He touched Zsolt during Len's visit to his home, relieving his pain.
  6. For using Len's blogs to train and encourage leaders, including the pastor in Myanmar.
Next steps and prayer needs:
  1. For the Lord to provide all that we need to make our Stateside furlough possible.
  2. For the Lord to open doors of opportunity and give us safe travels as we travel around the States.
  3. For the Lord to complete the healing in Greg's father, Zsolt, and others we have prayed for.
  4. For the Lord to further expand the awareness of this ministry throughout the US, and raise up many new partners, who will sponsor us.
  5. For the Lord to continue to move powerfully through the Word, our testimonies, and our ministry to those who come to hear us.
  6. For the Lord to continue to multiply disciples through Dávid V. and the others in his church.
  7. For the Lord to help Greg and Gyula to finally start meeting in a Life Transformation Group for discipleship.
  8. For the Lord to provide a new bookkeeper in time for next January, who will be faithful, reliable, and trustworthy, as Emily has been.
  9. For our financial blessing.
Thank you so much for your partnership in this ministry.

with love from all of us,

The Lacroixs
