March Update -- 2026

Greetings in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ! We're pleased to share with you the wonderful things the Lord has been doing in our lives and ministry.
Family: In March, we celebrated Len's 60th birthday with cards, a special, homemade dessert, and prayer for him. Although it was brief, it was a memorable little party. Unfortunately Jennifer was sick with a bad head cold that she is still recovering from, which is why we were unable to take photos of her.

Our son Joseph has also completed his advanced studies in Institutional Locksmithing, by the grace of God. You can see the certificate he earned here at this link. That is in addition to the previous certificate he earned in Advanced Locksmithing. Praise the Lord! Meanwhile he is continuing with his regular homeschool studies.

You may recall that a couple of years ago, our son Christopher injured his fingertips at work and needed stitches. It took probably over a year to finally get Workman's Compensation insurance to pay the bills that he kept getting, but it finally got taken care of. Now another medical provider sent him a bill for another related charge, so he will have to once again try to find the right person at Workman's Comp to take care of this, which was a big challenge to do last time, and have them actually pay it. Meanwhile he still needs healing in his fingertips, since he still has what is best described as a loss of feeling.

Ministry: As we continue to administer our discipleship training school (DTS), now in its tenth year, we'd like to update you on the good things that God is doing with it. By the grace of God, we currently have disciples actively training in four nations including Kenya, South Sudan, and Uganda.

We continue working closely with three of our graduates in South Sudan, Uganda, and Nigeria, as they labor in the harvest in their respective countries, continuing their Phase III campaigns to complete the Great Commission. Their focus is on discipleship, multiplication of disciples, and leadership development, (as well as establishing more new fellowships as the need arises). Once we have finished appointing elders in these fellowships, they will serve under the oversight of these three brothers, who have all been trained in our DTS and have years of ministry experience.

Their testimonies of the amazing things the Lord has been doing in their Phase III campaigns are found at the links below, which we hope you will take a moment to read:

Here are some highlights.

Uganda Highlights
Our brother Grace in Uganda, who has now planted thirteen new fellowships there, has seen the Lord doing amazing things.

He wrote:

"Praise the Lord brother Len!

"I thank God for what He has done in my life and ministry;

"Since I joined and graduated from DTS, my life and ministry have greatly changed, doing what I couldn't do before!

"Evangelism, church planting, discipleship, healings, and deliverances, leadership development, etc. are ongoing smoothly! Recently I got a call to go and pray for Margaret in Soroti, who had a stroke in her right hand; she got healed instantly, her son Robert has got born again, glory to God!

"Abundant blessings to you brother,

"Your fellow servant,

"Br Grace."

Praise the Lord! He also reported on four of the thirteen new fellowships that he recently visited, saying that he has spent time with the two elders at the Alitimon fellowship, developing leadership in them. At the Awawal fellowship, where he continues to do leadership development with the elder, there is growth in numbers, as three gave their lives to the Lord, making it 48 believers in total.  At the Ongole fellowship, prayers are still needed to identify elders; but the believers are joyfully attending LTGs and discipleship. Plus more prayers needed to overcome the witchcraft prevalent in this village.

Finally, just since our last newsletter, we now have the newly-established Amidakan fellowship. It's a heavily dominated Catholic village, so this is a major breakthrough in answer to years of prayer by bro Grace! He and his team have started discipling the ten people there, who came to the Lord in March, and they've formed three LTGs. He said, "I was especially touched by the way Francis, his wife Sarah, and their son Geoffrey warmly welcomed us into their home, and readily opened their hearts to the Lord!" We rejoice with him and praise God for all this wonderful progress.

Please continue to pray for the ongoing work that brother Grace and his team are doing in Uganda. They truly need our prayers as they travel to some very remote places on dirt roads. One of the areas of special need for prayer is for safe travels and clear roads during the current rainy season when roads are very muddy.

Nigeria Highlights
Brother John in Nigeria shared a praise report in early March, regarding his ministry efforts. Here are some excerpts from it:

"Dear Brother Len,

"Greetings in the name of the Lord.

"I am pleased to report that updates from our fellowship centres continue to be very encouraging. Across the various locations, the work is progressing well, particularly in the areas of discipleship and LTG (Life Transformation Groups). There is clear evidence that the Lord is working in the lives of many individuals as they continue to grow spiritually through consistent teaching, accountability, and prayer.

"In the prison fellowship, we have witnessed remarkable breakthroughs. By the grace of God, more than fifteen inmates willingly renounced the charms and protective items they previously relied on. Many of them openly confessed that they had fortified themselves through various traditional practices, including rituals performed by juju priests who claimed to make their bodies spiritually protected or difficult to harm. Through the ministry and prayer within the LTG groups, these individuals confessed these practices and chose to renounce them completely.

"As a sign of their decision to turn away from these former practices, some of the inmates voluntarily surrendered rings and other items connected to those spiritual covenants. During the ministry sessions, genuine deliverance took place among several members of the LTG groups. Many testified that they experienced spiritual freedom as they confessed and renounced their former practices.

"In the centre where I am directly in charge, the Lord has also been doing encouraging things among the disciples. During times of prayer and ministry, some disciples testified that certain pains and strange afflictions they had been experiencing disappeared after I prayed for them. These testimonies have strengthened the faith of others and encouraged the disciples to continue trusting the Lord.

"The work of deliverance is still continuing this week as we minister to those who desire freedom and spiritual growth. Information from the different centres indicates that the ministry is steadily growing, with people showing greater openness to discipleship and spiritual formation.

"Overall, reports from all the centres show encouraging progress and spontaneous growth as many continue committing themselves to fellowship, discipleship, and prayer.

"Blessings,
"Bro John."

Glory to God. Please continue to join us through your prayers in helping support what God is doing through brother John and his team in Nigeria. They still need to identify elders for the Karu I and Ukwel fellowships. And they are still rebuilding, regathering disciples, and stabilizing the Karu II fellowship. All of these are matters for prayer.

South Sudan Highlights
Brother Henry in South Sudan provided the following encouraging update on March 11th:

"Dear bro Len,

"I humbly greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

"I would love to begin by thanking...God...[for the] remarkable testimonies in the lives of people, especially those who have received salvation, healing, deliverance, baptism of the Holy Spirit and those who have discovered that they are called by God. I am always the first to testify to the good things I discovered in line with the true gospel, as a result of your mentorship. I told God that I will forever continue testifying about what He (God) did in my life by connecting me to DTS. I now serve the God I understand, the true God, our Creator.

"My mission to Western Equatorial was so amazing. I saw the power of God, and witnessed His protection over our lives. During our stay in the state, our main objectives were to equip the leaders through trainings and teachings, encouraging the body of Christ, baptism, deliverance, teaching more about LTG and establishing LTG groups among others, as we are led by the Holy Spirit. Many gave their lives to Jesus as we preached, we witnessed much deliverance from evil spirits, and others were filled by the Holy Spirit. Our numbers were increasing every day. We reached when there were around 10 in number in the church, including the elder, but when we left, the number had greatly increased and now has more than 50 members.

"There was a false ministry called 'One Ministries' established by a false prophet. They were selling water, oil, and handkerchiefs for healing. And people ignorantly were buying, until we started teaching the truth -- telling people that what you need is not only healing, but your name to be written in the book of life. You would rather die of sickness [knowing] your destiny is heaven. Many people came from that church. We prayed for them, and they were delivered. That ministry had blinded the whole state and even many government officials were going there. I give God the glory, because many souls were rescued from darkness to holiness. There was also a river called Nakpong, there's a lady who said that she had gone to get water from the river, and ever since that time, when it's night, she's always seeing herself moving in the water. We give God the glory that many were delivered from demonic attacks.

"I also got an opportunity to preach on a radio station called Yambio FM. I was given an opportunity three times to teach people by the recommendation of one person who attended our teachings and said, he wants the world to hear this kind of teaching, so he paid for that program three times. It was every Saturday. People were calling from everywhere asking where the church is located, and asking a lot of questions. Others were prayed for on radio, and the following Saturday we were getting calls of people testifying of what God had done for them. It was really amazing. So many people confessed their sins to God . I saw people praying with tears dropping. I [realized there doesn't seem to be enough time for all we would like to do], but I thank God I left the ministry stronger than how we got it. Some LTG groups were established by the grace of God. And I left the elder with a good number of LTG cards to guide them, because I went with printed copies. We also visited a lady who was attacked by wicked armed men that cut her daughter into pieces to death. We preached to the family, and they all gave their lives to Jesus. And we gave the family a love offering. I also went with a few Bibles and distributed to those who didn't have one, at least so that some among the many believers would have Bibles.

"We also staged open air [gospel] meetings in specific areas where we saw there was absolutely no church at all.

"I also thank God, because the first time we attempted to return to Juba and failed to make it through, there were high chances of losing our lives, but God fought for us. When we returned to Yambio, we discovered that a number of people who traveled that day [on the road we had been on] were killed, including one pastor who had gone to fish in that area. He was killed and his body found lifeless in the bush after three days of serious searching for him.

But I saw God speaking on our behalf. Those [rebels who stopped us on the road] only took the money we had. They also took a small phone from the brother I was moving with, but I thank God mine was not stolen, because I had put it in my socks. Then they directed us that we should not continue with our journey but go back to where we had come from. I took it that God had not yet wanted us to leave the state and indeed a lot of things happened in those few days we stayed with our brothers.

"On our second attempt to return to Juba, the journey was okay, but we had a big challenge with fuel. If we had not had our own private means of transportation (motorcycle), I really don't know if we would have made it back. It would have been very challenging. Fuel prices had tripled, and I really don't know why. And it was also difficult to get fuel, because most of the selling points decided to close.

"I arrived home in Juba on Saturday night. On Sunday after service, we went to get the dead body of sister Angel from the mortuary. We had worship and teachings through the night, and Monday morning I led the burial service. She was buried on Monday. [Note: this was a woman who had recently come to Christ out of prostitution when she got saved through Br Henry's ministry, and became an intercessor for the lost. Her former controllers murdered her while Br Henry was away.]

Your servant,
Bro Henry."

Praise the Lord for what He is doing through brother Henry, keeping him safe in some very dangerous, remote places that most of us could never reach with the gospel. Please continue to join us upholding him in prayer, and please join us in praising God that he finally made it home safely.

More Testimonies
In February, our sister Amani, who is a student of ours in South Sudan, shared this amazing praise report:

"Dear bro Len,

"I hope this email finds you well.

"I am grateful to God for what He did for me. I had a number of miscarriages, over four times. There's a time it happened and I almost lost my life. It was too much [to bear], so that I almost lost hope. But I want to thank God, because the last time [I miscarried], I informed bro Henry, who came to see me and told me that that will be the last miscarriage I will have. Then he prayed and declared restoration. Sometimes afterward, when I would talk to bro Henry on phone, he would talk about twins, and to me it was like a joke, but I want to give all the glory to God that [despite being sick during pregnancy, I did not miscarry again]. I produced twin babies, a boy and a girl. All in good health. Please see the photo of my two babies at this link.

"Yours faithfully,
"Sis Amani."

We rejoice with sister Amani and praise God that she has successfully delivered twins.

Len also received an email from brother John in Nigeria stating: "I am still recovering from the attack sent to blind my eye from the native doctor. There's is great improvement because God is faithful."

Len testified as to what happened next:

"I called brother John and asked about it. He said he was conducting deliverance on a woman who had been attacked by a witch doctor, who wanted to afflict her with madness. Afterward the witch doctor was against brother John, so he shot an invisible arrow at his right eye. At that moment, brother John noticed that something suddenly hit his eye. The Holy Spirit told him that the witch doctor, who is a deadly, dangerous man, shot an arrow at his eye, which is how he knew what happened. So brother John asked the Lord what he should do about it. The Holy Spirit told him to get a bowl of water and put his face into it and open his eye, so that is what he did. Although it has been improving, at the time I spoke with him, he was feeling a painful sensation as if he was looking at the sun. He could see clearly from that eye, except that there was the painful sensation of the sun in his eyes. So I prayed for him, broke the curse (Gal 3:13), rebuked the evil spirit, commanded it to come out and return to the pit, never to return to him again, in Jesus’ name. I loosed brother John from it, and had him close his eyelid and pull the arrow out of the eye by faith as I prayed. Before I had even started praying, he said that he was already experiencing healing during the phone call with him, and after I finished praying, I asked what he experienced during prayer. He said he felt shocks from the power of God going through him. Glory to God!

"He said the witch doctor had to know that his left eye already had a preexisting injury, so he did not attack that one, but the good right eye instead. He said that normally before this attack, if he closes his right eye, his left eye vision is blurry. It is due to an accidental injury to the eye years ago that caused him to lose some of the vision in it. So we prayed for the left eye with his hand over it, while I asked the Lord to send a healing angel with a new eye from heaven to replace the injured one, and brother John received it. Afterward he said that when he closed his right eye, his left-eye vision was slightly better, so we trust that the Lord will complete the healing He started. Praise the Lord! I asked my wife, sons, and some of the DTS graduates to stand in agreement with us for complete healing.

"I then checked back with brother John three days later, and he wrote back saying, 'I completely received healing to my right eye. The left eye vision is not clear. Thanks.' Let's keep praying for a miracle in his left eye."
